A top up degree allows you to convert an existing qualification, such as foundation degree or HND, into a full honours degree, usually in one year of additional study.
Transfers can usually only be made within the first three weeks of the new course, and there must be space available. You’ll need support from both your current and prospective Course Leaders. For more information, contact Student Support at support@ucp.ac.uk.
While a standard undergraduate degree is a three-year commitment from start to finish, a top-up degree is simply the final year that ‘tops up’ a lower-level qualification (like an HND) to the exact same full Honours degree.
