Students will actively demonstrate their self-awareness of their own practice competencies through a variety of assignments, including presentations, written reports, portfolios, written reflections, and implementation plans based on their placement or workplace, students will support both their own and their peers’ professional development. This will be achieved through self-reflection, peer feedback, and active participation in class activities such as role-playing exercises that simulate real-world scenarios.
As the course is timetabled as full days during the week when studied full-time, this also gives you the flexibility to find a work placement, internship or volunteering opportunity which will improve your employability after you graduate. The tuition fees for full-time undergraduate students will be £7500 which is lower compared with many other universities.Fees for part-time study are pro-rata depending on the number of credits you are studying (i.e. 90 credits per year will be 75% of the tuition fee).There may be additional costs for this course which are not covered by the tuition fee.
Full-time: Two modules per semester
Part-time: One module per semester
The approach is blended, consisting of one hour of online delivery per week, along with two three-hour, face-to-face sessions per module.
