Microcredentials/Short Courses are validated by The Open University or Pearson (HN Flex). They offer access to bite-sized chunks of learning that can help you develop knowledge and skills in a specific area. The modules offered by University Centre Peterborough (UCP) are taken from full HE qualifications. They can be used for CPD, to become familiar with HE studies or to progress onto a full programme at UCP and may be delivered face-to-face, online or a mix of both. These courses will run for 6 - 12 weeks.
Before the course starts:
Induction week occurs prior to the course starting. It covers the learning environment, VLE, student support, and key policies. These will be available online or in person.
What will you gain from the course?
